Victoria Vaccari Villela Boacnin has co-authored the article “Free and Clear – Requirements and advantages of the acquisition of assets via UPI within the scope of judicial reorganization” for the book “Corporate Restructuring – Practical Discussions on Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy”. Coordinated by the Center for Women in Corporate Restructuring – CMR, the work addresses the changes introduced by the Reform of the Bankruptcy Law (Law No. 14,112/2020).
