A little over a year after the enactment of Law No. 13,988/2020, which regulated the tax transaction at the Federal level, the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil (RFB) and the Attorney General’s Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) have finally issued a regulation containing the guidelines for carrying out a “transaction in tax litigation of relevant and widespread legal controversy”.
