In a recent hearing, Sanepar offered BRL 217 million in an agreement with Maringá, with the objective of ending the imbroglio over the supply of water and sewage services to the municipality.
Rodrigo Bertoccelli commented on the agreement to the Mover da TC Investimentos portal and stressed that the agreement brings predictability and legal certainty and “as this process is old and Sanepar had lost in all instances, the loss of the Maringá concession was already priced in by shareholders. The deal would be a reversal of that prognosis.”
