Profile

Victoria Villela Boacnin has extensive experience in Insolvency and Restructuring of companies (private debt restructuring, mediation, and insolvency processes), transactions and agreements involving companies with a high level of debt.
Recognized by The Legal 500 as Rising Star of the Year in 2024, Victoria has outstanding experience in capital markets debt restructuring, having actively participated in several of the most relevant cases in the country.
Victoria advises Brazilian and foreign clients, having represented creditors, investors and debtors in private and judicial restructurings, with experience in litigation and advisory work.
Victoria also has experience in complex legal matters, having represented clients before state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation forums.
Since 2020, she has been a member of the Working Group on Good Practices in Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which in 2022 became the National Forum for Business Recovery and Bankruptcy – FONAREF.
