Rodrigo Bertoccelli, a partner specialized in Sanitation, commented today (27 April) to Valor Econômico on the developments involving the CEDAE bidding process. In the article, Bertoccelli said that “the State of Rio de Janeiro does not have the investment capacity necessary for the universalization of basic sanitation services” and “if the State does not have the capacity to make these investments, the only alternative is to bring in the private sector to meet the demand”.
