The guide addresses topics such as bribery, influence peddling, rules for maintaining financial and accounting records, crimes related to public officials, statute of limitations, geographic scope of legislation, corporate responsibility, defenses and exceptions, protection for whistleblowers and landmark investigations among other aspects, in 23 jurisdictions.
