Asian Desk

Our Asian Desk, the largest of these specialized groups, integrates the firm’s different practice areas with a focus on Chinese clients investing in Brazil and on domestic firms involved with Chinese clients. Although the bulk of our Asian work involves China, our clients are increasingly involved with transactions emanating from or in Singapore, Japan, and elsewhere in the region. We maintain longstanding relationships with top-tier firms in Asia, permitting seamless execution of complex multi-party transactions. Some of our lawyers are fluent in one or more Asian languages, and one has taught for years at a leading Chinese law school.
